Can we change plans later?

Yes. Organization owners can move between Starter and Growth from the billing portal. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

Do creators pay to join?

No. LocalCreators pricing is for the destination organizations running creator programs. Creators can build a profile, pitch, and collaborate without a subscription.
